Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company is seeking a Packaging Operator in Cincinnati, OH to run automatic packaging equipment, inspect outputs, and maintain an efficient production line. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and willingness to work across departments.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and strong communication. OT on Fridays and Saturdays may be required in peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• 1-day Train the trainer certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal oriented, confident, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Run automatic packaging equipment.
• Verify proper components are assembled.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Document in-process and end-of-line inspection.
• Perform equipment changeovers and replace wear parts.
• Pack goods onto pallets and displays.
• Notify supervisor of safety issues.
• Willing to work across departments.
• Work 8/10 hour shifts with OT on Fri/Sat as needed.
