Job summary

Comar in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Operator to operate and tend packaging equipment, monitor line performance, and ensure quality of finished products. You will clear jams, log data, and follow GMP and safety guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role favors candidates with a high school diploma or technical training, 1–3 years of experience, and familiarity with DELMIAWorks. You will contribute to a clean, safe workplace and work collaboratively with team members to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend packaging machines, including assembly and downstream equipment.
• Start machines, monitor operation, and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Clear alarms and jams; inspect sensors and detectors for proper function.
• Stage packaging materials and WIP; ensure quality of finished product.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections for acceptability.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all GMP guidelines.
• Read and follow safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Stand for most of the shift; lift up to 10 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with team, communicate effectively, and follow directions.
