Job summary

Probi USA is seeking a Packaging Operator to manage the packaging line, set up equipment, and ensure quality control on bottling runs. The role is US-based with standard daytime shifts and no relocation package.

Responsibilities include operating bottling and packaging equipment, maintaining accuracy in processing paperwork, and collaborating with the Packaging team to improve efficiency. English communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Check in material for bottling runs using bottling pull sheet.
• Reconciling bottling runs using bottling pull sheet.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment (bottle unscrambler, desiccant inserter, slat counter machine, cotton inserter).
• Set up and operate the metal detector, capper, and heat induction sealer.
• Set up and operate the labeler, neck banding machine, and check weigher.
• Perform all in-process quality control checks during packaging runs.
• Interface with Packaging Supervisor and Packaging Leads daily.
• Maintain and clean packaging equipment, perform lockout/tagout when necessary.
• Suggest ways to improve productivity and efficiencies.
