Packaging Operator

Position Overview: A Packaging Operator is an entry-level role responsible for general pharmaceutical production tasks in a lean manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include inspecting and packaging products, handling materials, and setting up packaging lines with accuracy and efficiency. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure quality products and proper documentation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Proficiency in Microsoft applications and organizational skills are necessary to maintain an orderly work environment. All activities are performed within a safety-conscious culture focused on continuous improvement.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED

• Allergy to Cephalosporin/Penicillin disqualifies candidates

Physical and Time Requirements:

• Routine lifting of 20-50 lbs.

Work Environment:

Candidates must not be allergic to Cephalosporin/Penicillin. Work involves proximity to moving mechanical parts. Personal protective equipment, including eye protection, is required.

• Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:45 pm – 6:15 am
