Job summary

Innovation Foods in Millville, NJ is seeking a Downline Operator to operate and monitor packaging machines and palletizers to meet production targets. You will use forklifts to move materials and must report issues to maintenance and management.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prefers forklift certification or the ability to obtain it after hire. Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain after hire).
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and palletizers and monitor for jams.
• Report mechanical or operational issues to maintenance and management.
• Transport materials and finished goods using forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Keep packaging materials stocked (wraps, glue, etc.).
• Adhere to GMP/HACCP/FDA/SQF health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Train peers and assist with training materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
