Job summary

Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator to monitor process equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure safety and quality during every shift in Columbia, SC.

You will be cross-trained in packaging, sanitation, quality, and maintenance to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ year in manufacturing, basic MS Office skills, and is at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process equipment and troubleshoot to ensure continuous operation.
• Perform quality inspections using basic lab equipment and SOPs.
• Complete and maintain documentation for inventory checks, quality inspections, sanitation, and batch records.
• Maintain sanitation and lubrication of machinery and equipment.
