Job summary

Altium Packaging is hiring an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in Atlanta, GA. The role involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following GMPs.

The position requires PPE adherence, timely performance, and teamwork in a loud, dynamic production environment. Responsibilities include monitoring lines, bottle inspections, labeling accuracy, and moving goods to designated areas.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Operate packaging equipment and load/move materials.
• Monitor conveyors and clear bottle jams from lines; inspect bottles for quality.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Move finished goods to designated area and maintain inventory.
• Assist with replenishing packaging materials and restocking supplies.
• Duties may vary by plant; overtime may be required.
