Job summary

New Weds Foods is seeking a packaging team member to support bagging product on packaging lines and rotate to other line positions as needed to meet production goals.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of packaging experience in a food manufacturing environment. Responsibility includes ensuring correct weights, verifying ingredients, and maintaining line sanitation.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year minimum of packaging experience in food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machine for startup and ensure correct weighting of product in bags.
• Verify ingredients being bagged and batch with Supervisor as needed.
• Assist in loading boxes/bags onto pallets and keep area clean.
• Complete paperwork as needed and maintain product integrity.
• Support inventory and cycle counts as required.
• Follow LOTO procedures when cleaning equipment.
