Job summary

Mars, Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our factory team. You will be a multi-skilled packing associate responsible for achieving maximum efficiency on our packing lines while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will identify and deliver continuous improvement projects within the packaging hall and support peers in maintaining GMP/GHP standards, cleaning regimes, and overall performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or above.
• Excellent Written and Spoken English.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical background desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain packaging line efficiency and escalate deviations.
• Support peers in Safety, Quality and Efficiency within the packing hall.
• Ensure GMP/GHP packaging score.
• Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld to the highest standard.
• Participate in processes that improve business performance.
