Job summary

Mars is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our factory team. This multi‑skilled packing associate aims to maximize line efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement projects within the packaging hall.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. Mechanical background is a plus; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent Written and Spoken English required.
• Experience in Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical background desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and escalate deviations.
• Support peers in achieving safety, quality and efficiency standards in the packing hall.
• Be responsible for GMP/GHP packaging score achievements.
• Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld to the highest standard.
• Participate in operational processes that support business performance improvements.
