Job summary

ROCKWOOL is seeking a Cold End Operator-Bagger/Bundler in Byhalia, MS. The role involves running packaging lines, performing foil/bundler roll changes, and keeping equipment in good working order on a 2-2-3 rotation from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine set-up and operating packaging equipment.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Self-starter with good communication and teamwork.
• Must be able to work in a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foil roll and bundler roll changes as needed.
• Keep bagger and bundler deck in proper condition and ensure supplies.
• Remove and store excess bag/bundler rolls to maintain a safe area.
• Re-wrap undamaged product and report/d dispose of damaged goods.
• Maintain inventory of labels and ensure correct labeling.
• Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
