Job summary

Uponor, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate packaging equipment and uphold quality and production reporting. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure accurate labeling and scrap disposal within a 12-hour shift.

The role is full-time, in-person in Minnesota, with a 4x4 schedule (4 days on, 4 days off) and a starting pay range of $20.50–$27.22 per hour plus a $1,000 welcome bonus, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Good math skills are required, including familiarity with the metric system.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operates all packaging equipment following company procedures.
• Maintains quality standards.
• Labels products accurately and maintains production paperwork.
• Supports lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
