You'll be responsible for ensuring quality standards while operating equipment and maintaining accurate production reports. This opportunity includes a $3000 welcome bonus and offers a schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off with a pay range of $20.50-$27.22 per hour. No manufacturing experience is required, but good math skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. Excellent benefits also included.

Qualifications

• Good math skills required, including familiarity with the metric system.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills required.
• Manufacturing experience of 1-3 years is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operates all packaging equipment by following company procedures.
• Maintains quality standards and accurately labels all products.
• Maintains accurate production paperwork to avoid Order Rejects.
