Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group in Smyrna, TN is hiring a Hand Pack Operator for 3rd shift to ensure safe, accurate packaging of products. You will inspect, label, and seal packages, record production data, and work with the team to meet daily targets.

Job Summary

The hand pack operator will be responsible for hand packing and ensure the efficient and safe packaging of products. We are seeking Hand Packagers for 3rd shift to join our team at Ideal Tridon in Smyrna TN!

Shift

• 3rd 11:00pm - 7:00pm Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Range

• $17.25 - $17.54
• $1.10 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspects packaged products for quality and adherence to specifications, including proper labeling and sealing.
• Records production data, including output quantities, downtime, and maintenance activities, in production logs or databases.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting and reaching with hands and arms.

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
