Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking Stacking Operators for 3rd Shift at Wesanco in Smyrna TN. This role involves bagging/boxing operations, operating bagging machines, handling parts, and performing quality checks in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred; will be trained and certified on the hi-lo.
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Responsible for quality inspection.
• Will operate power forklift.
• Responsible for correctly warehousing/ storing finished goods.
• Assists with any other manual labor tasks as needed.

Stacking Operators – 3rd Shift

We are seeking Stacking Operators for 3rd Shift to join our team at Wesanco in Smyrna TN.

Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Rate

$20.00 + $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Position Summary

Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting that may include dust and debris and can be loud at times. Perform various tasks involved in bagging/ boxing operation including but not limited to setting up and operating bagging machines, handling parts and materials, packing parts and other related activities usinghand tools, various type of packing materials. must follow all applicable safety procedures to avoid injuries including requests for help from co-workers. Proper handling of finished parts and products to avoid injuries or damage, follow all operational instructions when operating or using tools and equipment. Provide quality checks as determined. Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late, including weekends.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Education And Experience

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained, and certified on the hi-lo.
• (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
