Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery: setup, run, troubleshoot, and maintain quality standards for packaged products.
• Operate mechanical equipment such as palletizers, conveyors, and forklifts as required.
• Sample and test products; handle loading of railcars and bags with food-grade specifications.
• Prepare and inspect finished product for customer readiness; assist with packing 50-pound bags, railcars, and bulk bagging of starch.
• Maintain inventory, prepare railcars and trucks, and document downtime, production, and equipment issues.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, food-grade workspace.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize productivity.
