Starting wage: $22.57 per hour + shift differentials. Wage increases at 6 months ($23.29), 12 months ($24.42), and 18 months ($27.55).

Ingredion is a global ingredients company delivering food, beverage, and industrial solutions. This role focuses on operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure correct and quality packaging.

Work Environment & Schedule

The North Kansas City plant operates 24/7 across four shifts (1st: 7am–3pm, 2nd: 3pm–11pm, 3rd: 11pm–7am, Swing). Associates work 8-hour shifts with occasional 16-hour work periods per union contract. The plant may have varying temperatures, noise levels, chemicals, pests (e.g., wasps, mice), and PPE is required in all departments. Union: United Steel Workers Local 11-617.
