Job summary

Nature in Kansas is seeking a Production Operator to staff our packaging lines. You will operate two packaging machines, perform set-ups, troubleshoot minor issues, and document quality checks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in an industrial production role; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with 1st and 2nd shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in an industrial production role.
• Food manufacturing and packaging equipment experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to operate a variety of hand tools, computers, HMIs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up two packaging machines to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and work with maintenance staff.
• Complete production and quality control paperwork with accuracy.
• Follow GMPs and safety programs in all duties.
