Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience with repetitive work preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team and management.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret written and verbal directions in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to maintain continuous production.
• Inspect products for quality defects and remove defective items.
• Set up machines prior to shift start and ensure materials are available.
• Maintain safety standards and proper PPE compliance.
• Pack products into cases and prepare for shipping.
• Coordinate with machine operators and maintenance for line efficiency.
