Job summary

The Marzetti Company is seeking a warehouse associate with forklift experience to handle material receiving, stocking, and shipping duties in a production environment in Kentucky. You will operate forklifts, move pallets, inspect materials, and help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas to support continuous production.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of forklift experience in industrial manufacturing; high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing is a plus!
• High School Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive materials from vendors and place in stock using a forklift; verify lot and quantity.
• Move pallets to filling lines, storage, or production areas; unload inbound materials.
• Wrap and prepare finished pallets for shipping; ensure cleanliness and safety in the production area.
• Assist with replenishment of packaging and raw materials to production areas as needed.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and operate power lifting tools as required.
• Contribute to compliance with quality, food safety, 5S, OSHA and HACCP standards.
