Job summary

IQ Resource Group is hiring Packaging Operators for a leading production facility in Hutchinson, MN. The schedule runs 6:00am to 6:00pm and may rotate to nights with weekends on rotation.

The role requires operating packaging lines, rotating into various line positions as needed, and communicating production and quality issues to the supervisor. You will review prior shift production and labeling statuses, maintain daily sanitation, and ensure bags are stacked orderly for efficient line flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of laboratory experience in food manufacturing.
• Prior machine operator experience.
• Steel toe shoes required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Lift 50–55 pounds.
• Willing to cross-train and assist others during downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform all packaging line duties.
• Be able to rotate into various line positions when needed.
• Report production and quality issues to supervisor.
• Review with prior shift operator about state of production.
• Review prior shift labels.
• Maintain daily sanitation.
• Ensure bags are stacked orderly.
