Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs frequently.
• Ability to stand and walk about 90% of the time.
• Ability to reach, twist, bend, and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions 90% of the time.
• Occasionally work at or above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate production and packaging machines.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Conduct quality inspections on in-process and finished goods; remove defective products.
• Accurately complete production, defect, and shipping documentation in SAP.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems, drive results, and share process updates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all safety protocols.
• Support multiple assignments and departments as needed; demonstrate flexibility.
• Track and replenish packaging materials to minimize downtime.
• Participate in performance dialogues and team problem‑solving activities.
• Learn and apply a wide range of quality systems and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of production and packaging machines
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance
• Conduct quality inspections on in-process and finished goods; remove defective products
• Accurately complete production, defect, and shipping documentation in SAP
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems, drive results, and share process updates

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to grasp, lift and carry product weighing up to 15 lbs frequently and 65 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 90% of the time
• Ability to reach, twist, bend, perform repetitive hand/wrist motion, and use fine motor skills 90% of the time
• Ability to occasionally work at or above shoulder level

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic math, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to understand the computer and ordering systems and successfully operate both systems
• Ability to set up area and work under pressure to meet production targets
• Ability to understand and follow established safety procedures
