Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Packaging Line Operator in Baytown, TX to operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment ensuring efficient and accurate packaging while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 am–7:00 pm on a rotational shift. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or machine operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs, including adjustments for size, weight, and material type.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to maintenance or supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.

PACKAGING LINE OPERATOR

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Packaging Line Operator to join our production team in Baytown, TX. The Packaging Line Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Pay Rate $17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Rotational shift

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor form-fill-seal or other automated packaging equipment.
