American Packaging Corporation (APC) is seeking an individual to assist in the finishing department, supporting daily operations on 12-hour day shifts. The role emphasizes safety, quality checks, and adherence to customer specifications while maintaining clean, efficient production areas.

Responsibilities include training new staff, following STOP Safety Program guidelines, and participating in continuous improvement meetings to enhance quality and safety across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the finishing department.
• Participate in training and safety programs to support a zero-accident goal.
• Monitor quality and production, complete required quality sheets.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; follow safety rules and procedures.
