Job summary

Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. is seeking a packaging support associate to help operate and maintain our packaging lines across Solid Dose, Liquid Mix, and related areas.

You will use the Oracle ERP for lot assignment, transfers, and transactions, and collaborate with production teams to ensure accuracy and safety. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift certification, and a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate equipment.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support all packaging functions across multiple lines.
• Operate and maintain proficiency across all packaging lines.
• Provide flexible coverage to ensure smooth packaging operations.
• Utilize Oracle ERP for lot assign, allocation, transfer, and transactions.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Participate in training across production support functions and packaging lines.
• Apply basic math skills in daily operations.
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely and maneuver heavier materials using appropriate equipment.
• Hold forklift certification.
• Communicate professionally with peers, management, and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a key contributor to the success and efficiency of all packaging areas.
