The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, familiarity with ERP systems, and a background in food or pet food production. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in food or pet food production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and maintain daily operations in the packaging area using scheduling tools.
• Ensure reports follow safety, GMP and quality procedures.
• Monitor production quality and yield to meet safety specifications.
• Audit quality and safety; communicate results and improvements.
• Coach and develop direct reports and reinforce company values.
• Understand and manage the production budget for the area.
• Explain KPIs and line standard rate to management.
• Know and understand yield performance and standards.
