Amneal is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead the packaging team in daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. The role collaborates with engineering on maintenance and validation, while ensuring adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and CAPA processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities in pharmaceutical & manufacturing and packaging.
• Experience implementing cGMPs and SOPs in a validated production environment.
• Knowledge of quality systems, CAPA, change control and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging department activities daily to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with engineering for preventive maintenance and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Audit training data and production batch records; conduct annual performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
