Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working environment through safety audits and corrective actions.
• Manage staffing and daily adjustments to meet production requirements.
• Lead and mentor direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee LEAN manufacturing implementations and continuous improvement.
• Ensure batch records, inventory control, and equipment maintenance are properly documented.
