Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Packaging Lead in Ohio to oversee safe, accurate packaging and labeling from processing to patient care. You will collaborate with the Packaging Manager to ensure packaging schedules are met while maintaining product integrity in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires 1–3 years in a regulated environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train new hires. Candidates should be able to work weekends and adapt to shifting conditions in a high-volume

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent work/education accepted.
• Experience in regulated environments and labeling rules is preferred.
• Ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations and packaging area before shift.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas per SOPs.
• Follow production plan and daily tasks with the manager.
• Monitor packaging schedules and maintain chain of integrity.
• Train new employees on tasks and ensure daily goals.
• Supervise end-of-shift cleanup and safe operations.
• Assist in METRC/logging and LEAF LOGIX movements.
