Goodwill of Colorado is actively seeking a dependable Packaging & Logistics Associate to support warehouse, shipping, and distribution operations. You will package products, prepare orders for shipment, maintain inventory records, and assist with daily logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for up to 12 hours during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Help identify and resolve organizational and workflow issues to improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team operations and assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Available Shifts:

Shift A: Sunday through every other Wednesday

Shift B: Every other Wednesday through Saturday

Hours Of Operation:

• Weekdays: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM (12-hour shift)
• Saturday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hour shift)
• Sunday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10-hour shift)
