Job summary

Owens Corning Delmar is seeking a Production Operator to join our insulation manufacturing team. You will work as part of a crew to support the production process and ensure quality.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in manufacturing or packaging, and a forklift license. Shifts are 12 hours on a rotating days/nights schedule, with competitive pay and benefits.

A sign-on bonus of $1,000 and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) options are available.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Packaging the insulation
• Troubleshooting of machinery
• Verifying the quality of product
• General housekeeping and safety practices
• Repurposing the insulation

Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalentrequired
• MUST HAVE 3+ years experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating, or Packaging experience
• Must be able to secure and maintain a forklift driver’s license
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Available to work rotating shifts (rotates from days to night)
• Must be able to pass WorkKeys assessment
