Job Summary:
As the Packaging Manager, you will lead a team in the design and creation of packaging material for a manufacturing organization.

Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
Benchmarking: Knowledge of the concepts, methods and tools used in benchmarking; ability to carry out a systematic process for identifying and achieving better performance and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Package Graphic Visualization: Knowledge of visualization tools and techniques ; ability to create images to communicate abstract messages on packages to a target audience.
Packaging: Knowledge of packaging tools, approaches and practices; ability to package products and components safely and attractively.

Summary Pay Range:
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
