Sweet Candy Company is seeking a highly motivated Packaging Maintenance Technician to join our day shift. You will maintain, repair, and improve packaging equipment, focusing on AMP Rose 42C Cut and Wrap machines, with occasional support on scales, baggers, cartoners, and conveyors.

Strong mechanical skills and experience with factory automation are required; willingness to overtime and adapt to shift changes is essential.

Qualifications

• Must work safely and follow safety protocols.
• GMP/food safety standards compliance.
• Strong mechanical repair and manual machining background.
• Experience troubleshooting factory automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, pneumatics).
• 3+ years in maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and improve packaging equipment, primarily AMP Rose 42C Cut and Wrap machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components; support packaging lines (scales, baggers, cartoners, conveyors).
• Lead by example with strong communication; adapt to overtime and shift changes as needed.
