Job summary

The Boston Beer Company in Breinigsville, PA is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor: Packaging to lead maintenance, repair, and installation of packaging equipment, ensuring reliability and uptime across the line.

You will develop technicians, drive predictive and preventive maintenance, support capital projects, and apply lean methods to improve safety, quality, and productivity while meeting schedules and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance supervision.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and develop talent.
• Familiarity with computer-based preventative maintenance programs and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability teams to define and complete predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance work across the packaging department.
• Build the capability of maintenance technicians through training and development programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of capital and plant productivity projects.
• Utilize lean manufacturing methodologies to drive improvements in safety, quality, and overall line performance.
• Ensure equipment is maintained at levels consistent with company and manufacturer specifications; adhere to maintenance processes and KPIs.
• Schedule and direct maintenance technicians to perform tasks; perform technician tasks as needed.
