Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Neenah, WI to lead the maintenance team, implement the CMMS, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced packaging environment.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment reliability, and cost-effective maintenance to support production goals. You will manage training, scheduling, inventory, and TPM initiatives to maximize uptime and asset performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of progressive maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with packaging equipment is a MUST.
• Familiarity with drafting blueprints and schematics.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance department and supervise staff.
• Implement and optimize a CMMS and TPM system.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Prioritize repairs to minimize downtime and costs.
• Oversee budgets and cost‑saving projects.
• Ensure ISO compliance and safety standards.
