Job summary

You will schedule and mentor staff, work with PLCs, servo motors, belts, and hydraulics, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Supervisory experience leading technicians or similar staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Create and manage technician schedules for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on packaging machines, conveyors, and motors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics for repairs.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
