Job summary

Smurfit Westrock Company is seeking a Machine Assistant - Stacker to support a high-speed packaging operation on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will assist machine operators, help with tooling, jam clearances, and keep the work area clean and safe. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Onsite, non-climate-controlled environment. Ideal candidates have a learning mindset, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. PPE is provided, and benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• Must have a learning mindset and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging facility.
• Assist machine operators with setups, jams, and tooling readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace around the equipment.
• Perform quality checks as part of routine production.
