Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Packaging Machine Operator role in Woodland. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pouch machine to ensure the highest quality packaging standards are met.

• Assist with machine changeovers to maintain production efficiency.

• Collect and stage production supplies accurately within the warehouse.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product consistency and integrity.

• Maintain accurate production records and document processes.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and address operational challenges.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in production areas to comply with industry standards.

• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.

• Foster strong working relationships through excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a pouch machine.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Excellent teamwork, communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skills.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines is a plus, but training will be provided.
