Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment such as extrusion press machinery.
• Follow manufacturing orders and quality standards with care.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and system transactions.
• Understand and follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Be willing to be cross-trained and perform various tasks.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness following 5S standards.
• Communicate effectively with team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials or extrusions into press equipment per specs.
• Verify material type, dimensions, and quantity before runs.
• Set up, start, and monitor press operations for safety and efficiency.
• Observe machine operation and adjust to maintain quality.
• Remove finished parts and transport to inspection or packaging.
• Inspect parts with measuring tools to meet specs.
• Perform deburr, cleaning, and finishing as needed.
• Report quality concerns or machine issues to supervisor.
• Package finished products per customer requirements and standards.
• Complete production records and inventory transactions accurately.
• Maintain traceability of materials and goods by recording data.
• Follow lockout/tagout and PPE guidelines.
• Keep work area clean; support 5S and improvements.
• Assist with routine maintenance, housekeeping, and changeovers.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals and schedules.
