• Understanding of machinery, tools and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of and adherence to manufacturing safety regulations.
• Ability to monitor and measure product dimensions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Ability to work in a production environment and meet output expectations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment, including adjusting machine speed and controlling load.
• Monitor, measure, and chart finished product dimensions to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production output to meet or exceed productivity expectations.
• Perform basic machine maintenance to ensure proper equipment function.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues during operation.
• Ensure product quality through consistent measurement and process control.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Support efficient production processes and continuous workflow.
