Utz Quality Foods is expanding and seeking Packaging Machine Operators for the Week Night Shift (Mon-Thu 6PM-6AM). This full-time role offers steady hours, a 4-day workweek, and opportunities for career growth within a household-name snack company.

Responsibilities include safely operating packaging lines, performing start-of-shift checks, monitoring quality, troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining records. Perks include an on-site health clinic and a 24/7 fitness center.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and communicate effectively with operators and maintenance personnel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain a forklift license (training provided).
• Knowledge of packaging machine equipment is preferred, but training is available.

• Perform routine checks at shift start and throughout the day to ensure machines are running properly.
• Monitor packaging quality (weights, seals, codes, pricing).
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support maintenance as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate with the next shift and support teamwork across lines.
