Utz Brands, Inc. is seeking Packaging Machine Operators for the Weekend Night Shift (Friday to Sunday, 6PM–6AM) to join our production team in a fast-paced snack-food environment.

This role emphasizes safe setup, efficient line operation, and quality monitoring to ensure consistent product standards. Responsibilities include starting up lines, performing checks, recording production data, and collaborating with maintenance and the next shift.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Knowledge of packaging machine equipment or background in food production preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and communicate effectively with operators and maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate packaging lines safely and efficiently

Perform routine checks at shift start and throughout the day to ensure machines are running properly

Requirements:

Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to obtain a forklift license (training provided)

Strong teamwork and communication skills
