Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in manufacturing and operating different types of packaging machines.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Competent in reading, writing, and speaking English to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic processing machinery according to SOPs to produce quality outputs.
• Set up machines, change rolls, clear jams, and adjust settings to maintain pouch quality.
• Monitor safety, food safety, and quality; report incidents to supervision.
• Perform production and inspection reporting; keep work area clean and organized.
• Train new associates and assist with tool/die changes as needed.
• Supply raw materials, scan/label finished goods, and track work in process.
