Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure production accuracy and detect defects.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packaging machine by staging product, threading film, and setting presets.
• Operate rollpack or smashing machine and adjust settings for performance.
• Pass quilts through machine and monitor operation for proper function.
• Manually handle, load, and box finished products; apply master QR codes and document in QuiltTracker.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance per manufacturer instructions.
• Keep work area clean and safe; assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
