Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate packaging machinery.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible to work different shifts and collaborate in a team.
• Basic math and good written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently operate packaging equipment including form-fill baggers and case packers.
• Perform machine assembly and disassembly as required.
• Utilize Redzone per administrator instructions: monitor performance, report defects, schedule inspections.
• Maximize product and packaging material yields while meeting standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment when needed.
• Follow established safety rules and SOPs; adapt to management requests to maximize production and reduce costs.
