Job summary

Sabra is seeking Packaging Machine Operators to set up and run packaging lines, ensuring accurate codes, weights, and proper bagging. You will work in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment and must be on your feet for long periods.

This is a full-time role with benefits, training provided, and potential growth within the PepsiCo family. Expect to work weekends and holidays; prior machine operating experience in high-speed manufacturing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• At least 1 year of machine operator experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines to ensure proper codes, weights, and bagging.
• Check products are dated and sealed with minimal waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on packaging machines.
• Wear protective gear when cleaning and sanitizing lines during changeovers.
• Inspect conveyors and scales before start-ups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot common issues and adjust operations.
