Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing experience in a high-speed environment is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate supporting equipment.
• English proficiency is required.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Technical aptitude to adjust lines and operate mixing/packaging equipment.
• Ability to operate different manufacturing equipment and maintain clean work areas.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow standard operating procedures.
• Operate and support equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot line problems and take corrective action.
• Complete quality, safety, and production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Follow Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and GMP policies.
• Be flexible to perform a variety of duties in a high-speed environment.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
