Cresco Labs is seeking a Machine Operator for Yellow Springs, OH, to join the Packaging team. The role involves operating packaging equipment, ensuring quality, and maintaining GMP standards, with cross-training on additional lines as needed.

Responsibilities include setup, operation, troubleshooting, cleaning, and accurate documentation of output. The position requires physical stamina and adherence to health and safety policies in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fields with strict health and safety policies or regulated products.
• Strong task-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and follow procedures.
• Experience operating machinery is a plus.
• Clear communication and attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read PLC displays and machine controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machinery (RollPros Blackbird, heat sealers, labelers, scales, pouchers).
• Follow process specifications and maintain product quality.
• Identify and remove defective products and rework as needed.
• Maintain clean, GMP-compliant production areas and proper personal hygiene.
• Complete inventory checks and document outputs using forms and formulas.
