Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for a premier manufacturing client in Rincon, GA. You will set up, operate, and maintain packaging equipment, inspect products for quality, and move materials as part of a safety‑driven, quality‑focused team.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 lbs, and availability for a 6am–6pm rotating day shift with weekend work. Steeltoe boots are required, and resume reflecting relevant experience is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging or production machinery is required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Willingness to work a 6am–6pm rotating day shift and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain various packaging machines (including shrink-wrap and automated equipment).
• Inspect packaged products for quality and compliance with standards.
• Move materials to and from packaging machines.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
