Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking Packaging Machine Operators for the Weekday Shift (Mon-Thurs, 6AM-6PM). This role offers a stable 4-day workweek, chances for career growth, and a strong benefits package. Qualifications

• Familiarity with packaging machine equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging lines safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine checks at shift start and throughout the day to ensure machines run properly.
• Monitor packaging quality (weights, seals, codes, pricing).
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist maintenance as needed.
• Keep accurate records of production, film usage, and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate with the next shift and support teamwork across lines.
• Train new operators as needed.
